Three doors. No lecture.

Same shapes as the kids class. Different words. You are old enough to notice what your body is doing — and honest enough to stop when it says stop.

The one rule. If it hurts, stop. That is not weakness. That is the whole practice. Soft knees. No breath-holding. A chair still counts as the door.
Door 1 — MountainLook here: the three points under your feet. The quiet one is where your mind went. Door 2 — Sky ReachLook here: your middle. The hinge between root and reach. Door 3 — Ragdoll FoldLook here: the sacrum. Tip it, and the fold happens by itself.

One door is enough. Mountain is a whole school — even at fourteen.
